Location:
Seashore House is located on the shores of Puget Sound in Redondo Beach, a seaside community south of Seattle in the city of Des Moines.  The home fronts to the ocean with captivating views of gentle waves, looking across the water to island shores across the sound. 

Just a 15 minute drive from the airport, and only 25 minutes from the heart of downtown Seattle.
 

Interior:
Modern interior with tasteful furnishings and comfortable layout with excellent exposure to water views.  Lovely oriental carpets and plenty of comfortable seating enhance this beach front home, complete with gas fireplace.

Walls of windows frame the living room and dining room areas which open to the waterfront with french doors leading to a large deck area with plenty of seating and an outdoor dining table.  Enjoy the panoramic views from the front deck, equipped with barbeque grill and comfortable chairs. 

The master suite offers a large bedroom with canopy bed, TV & DVD, writing desk, walk-in closet, and large bath with double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and separate shower.  The suite can be closed off from the rest of the house for added privacy. 

Two additional bedrooms share the second bath, offering tub and shower.  One bedroom offers a queen bed and partial view of the water, sheltered by a bamboo grove.  The other bedroom offers twin bunk beds.  Both bedrooms offer TV / DVD.
 

Conveniences:
This vacation home offers two full baths, each with tub and shower (one off the master bedroom).  Three bedrooms, offering two queen beds, dressed with all-cotton sheets and topped with down comforters, and one with twin bunk beds.

All bedrooms offer cable TV / DVD.

The fully equipped kitchen has an excellent view of the beach, and offers range, microwave, and dishwasher (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.), china, glassware, flatware, and table linens.  There are four tall chairs at the counter for casual dining.

The dining room area, with full views of the water, offers a lovely large glass table, comfortably seating six, with additional seating for eight.

Cable TV, VCR,  and DVD player are provided.  Stereo and CD player are located in the living room.  The home has a laundry room with storage and washer / dryer.  A large barbeque is located on the deck and all coking tools are provided.

Carport and additional parking space in front of the house.  Easy access with no elevators, long flights of stairs, or large parking garages.
